Terms & Conditions

Booking
Lion Parking reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings. All services are subject to availability. Customers’ cars will be parked in a secure compound off the main airport site.

Keys
Every customers car keys will be required to be left at reception for the duration of the vehicles' stay. This is for the security of the car park and incase of any emergency. This is common like all other offsite airport car parks. If your key is damaged, the car park have no responsibility for them and can refuse entrance to the car park.

Pricing
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, which include, VAT if applicable and transport to Manchester Airport. Prices quoted are subject to change.

Cancellation
All cancellations within 72 hours will be non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 72 hours will be transferred into a voucher for the exact same length of time to utilize the car park in the future. No Cash Alternatives are given.

Liability
Car claims cannot be considered unless reported prior to departure from the car park. No liability is accepted for loss or damage, unless proved to be through the negligence of Lion Parking. This includes acts of nature, animals, floods etc.

Vehicle Inspection
You should check your vehicle on arrival and departure of the car park as no liability is accepted for any loss or damage after you have departed from the car park.

Drop off / return
Please note, our free transfer service drops you off at Manchester Airport but you must make your own way back to site.

Meet & Greet Delays / Cancelations
Whilst every effort is made when your flight is delayed or cancelled we cannot accept responsibility for this and daily charges will still apply. Overstays outside of the paid for timeframes will incur our standard daily tariff and vehicles will not be released until these charges have been paid for.

Transferring between sites and car washing

Occasionally we may need to move a vehicle between our sites which may incur no more than a 1 mile journey. We ask that you record your mileage upon entering. We will endeavor to wash every vehicle before returning to you but as a free service we can only complete this weather permitting or if no hosepipe bans are in force.

Failure for a car to start

We understand that occasionally a car may fail to start if left for a prolonged period of time. We will happily check once a week if you want us to. Whilst this is not our responsibility our team will of course will help you in any way to ensure you can get home but without any liability.

Partner Liability

We cannot accept any liability for our partners, either dog boarding, B&B or any other services we can recommend to you. We advise that you use these referrals and ensure that you check the terms and conditions.
